Scrapbook - Chawrs

Do you know Chawrs? Chawrs are little sun-loving creatures that lived a long time ago, mostly high up in the mountains, but every now and then they'd come down to the valleys and frolic around, captivate everyone with their cheerful and merry personalities ^-^
Chawrs start out as little fluffballs and soon get their characteristic ears in the first weeks. Eventually, they grow paws, wings and tails, becoming more and more like little dragons as they grow up.

That's a really cute and creative idea! I like how they grow their body parts as they grow older. Reminds me a bit of the evolution thing they had in Pokemon.
Hehe, you know what? You're actually right - I never thought of them being similar to the evolution thingy they have in Pokemon, but now that you say it, it makes plenty of sense - especially because they do look quite a bit different when they get older, being more dragons than little fluffball (whereas right now they're more fluffball than dragons ^-^)

Aww, these characters sure do look adorable. They must be playing hide and seek. X3 I just hope they stay that way. When they become big dragons, do they look mean and scary? <.< They may not have the technology, but at least they have color ink for their papers! X3
Phew, good to know ^-^ I actually brightened the parchment a little and darked the font slightly after that initial comment, in hopes that it'd become easier to read ;3
And glad you like them ^-^ Naw, they won't become mean and scary at all, they stay all fluffy and bouncy, just they get a slightly more anthro-dragon-like anatomy, so they wouldn't have to walk (well, hop ;P) on the ground all the time but can dart through the air and actually grab stuff with their paws too (right now they can't do much more than using their mouth to drag stuff behind them, probably using leaves as 'bag') ^-^
Daaaaw, they're gorgeous!! Are they still all fuzzy like that when they're dragons? :D Cute 'lil fuzzballs. xD
*blushes* D'aww, thank you ^-^ And yup, they stay all fuzzy when they're dragons; they just become a bit larger and getting a more dragon-like anatomy; but they don't really get huge either - with torso, tail and wings, they're probably a little smaller than you are, that's as tall as they get ^-^
Really cool idea. Won't mind if you can show us the evolution from Chawrs to dragons? They look cute when they're young, not sure how they look like when they change with time... ;-)
You have any pics of these guys full bodied? I'd like to try drawing fanart of them sometime- they're cute!
Oh, I'll plan to put one up, showing those little fellows when they've grown a little older already ;3 Right now they're still babies, you know, it takes them a little while to grow ^-^
This is so cute! And I absolutely love the little story behind them. I could just imagine the world they live in now ^^

Aww, yay! ^-^ What do you think about an Akiko-Chawr? ;3 It could wear a little cap with fox ears and have a fluffy fox tail, so it'd almost look like Akiko ^-^
i think it's an adorable idea! draw one for me? X3 i don't think i'll draw much 'til i get my tablet tho...hehe
Pfff, now you're just being lazy <.< Besides, you can practice drawing traditionally, so it'd be easier to get started with the tablet - especially cross-hatching is something I found fun to do both, traditionally and digitally ^-^
(But yush, I do plan to draw Chawrs in quite a variety of styles ^-^ )

Aww, really? I've never seen one of those jellycat toys before, but I bet I'd love them - especially if they're all fluffy and bouncey ^-^

Oh, and they look cute - thouuuugh I think I'd probably prefer the rabbit ones ;P (we actually have little chickens every now and then, and they look quiiite similar to those toy animals - save for the colour, of course X3 )
