Well .. this is Ziliox, one of Matthew's characters .. to be precise, it's the water form of Ziliox .. and in fact, he does not have any manners at all, but i thought it would be funny drawing him a little out of character .. you know .. sitting there, with a napkin, drinking from a teeny tiny cup of tea and such ^.^
